1. What Data Do We Collect?

We collect your email address for account creation. We do NOT store your credit card information; all payments are processed securely via Stripe. We collect temporary voice recordings and text descriptions generated during the quoting process.

2. OpenAI Integration

To transcribe your voice and generate intelligent structural quotes, your voice notes are firmly transmitted to our AI partner, OpenAI. These recordings are not used to train generic models and are subject to enterprise data retention limits.

3. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to request access, modification, or deletion of your data. You may delete your account from the dashboard at any time, which permanently removes your database footprint.
